Support linked to the intervention of coaches

Analysis of professional practice

There is the will here to carry out an analysis of the practice of coaches who are in difficulty or in demand to take a step back from their practice. The idea is to take stock of the skills acquired and to see how to deepen those already acquired and / or what other skills could be developed. The approach used consists of starting from the experience of the coaches (via the observation of training session (s)) to go, through exchanges with them, towards an analysis of the practice. There is a real desire to give meaning to what is achieved by the coach as well as to the proposals and guidance of the trainer.

Respond to training needs

For coaches who already have an analysis of their practice leading to the identification of training needs, I offer “targeted” support for coaches in relation to their needs; this could be considered through an analysis of the practice with a focus on the need for training, identified by the coach himself

Individualized support

Individualized support corresponds to a period of coaching for the benefit of the coach. During this discussion time, the trainer answers the personal questions of the trainer in order to help him overcome the obstacles he meets during his professional practice. In addition, the trainer takes stock of the skills acquired by the trainer and accompanies him, guides him in the development of his skills by offering him a training course for the rest of his career.
