This training on benevolent authority is intended to provide knowledge to establish an authority, as a facilitator and / or director, who is benevolent. Benevolence

This training on benevolence aims, on the one hand, to clarify what is meant by "benevolence" and on the other, to provide educational tools to succeed in showing kindness with children. The aim of this training is to help teachers to manage situations which can be anxiety-provoking during the exercise of their profession, with more peace of mind; benevolence is at the service of "social well-being". The training program will be detailed later.

Empathy

This training on empathy aims, on the one hand, to clarify what is meant by "empathy" and on the other, to provide educational tools and in particular a methodology, to succeed in demonstrating empathy with children. The aim of this training is twofold: - to promote an intervention that is as suitable as possible with regard to the needs of the child, particularly in conflict situations - to facilitate communication between the facilitator and / or director and the children The training program will be detailed later.
