Analysis of professional practice

There is the will here to carry out an analysis of the practice of facilitators or directors who are in difficulty or in demand to take a step back from their practice. The idea is to take stock of the skills acquired and to see how to deepen those already acquired and / or what other skills could be developed. The approach used consists of starting from the experiences of the animators or directors, to go, through exchanges with them, towards an analysis of the practice. There is a real desire to give meaning to what is achieved by the facilitator or director, as well as to the proposals and guidance of the trainer.

Respond to training needs

For facilitators or directors who already have an analysis of their practice leading to the identification of training needs, I offer “targeted” support for facilitators or directors in relation to their needs; this could be envisaged by an analysis of the practice with a focus on the need for training, identified by the facilitator or the director himself
